To ensure your recharge is applied to your mobile number, please use the device that contains the SIM card you want to recharge and make sure that that SIM is connected to the Paratus network.

Example: If you’re using a hotspot, the hotspotting SIM providing the internet connection will be the one that gets recharged.

Our system will automatically recharge the number currently using the data connection.


You will not be able to recharge unless you follow the steps below:

To proceed with redeeming your recharge PIN, please follow one of these steps:

1. Connect via your own device (with Paratus SIM) to recharge, and ensure your number is displayed on the recharge page.

OR

2. To recharge your Paratus SIM which is in a device, such as a Home Router or portable MiFi device, access this web page through the devices Wifi.

This is necessary so that we can automatically detect the mobile number of the SIM in the device and apply the recharge correctly.
