Paratus Telecommunications currently has a position available for a Business System Engineer to join our Business Support Systems department in Windhoek.
Roles and responsibilities:
The successful candidate will analyse operational, customer, billing, and network data to uncover trends and insights, translating these into reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking. Drawing on customer data, they will help drive retention and service improvement, while supporting revenue assurance and fraud detection. The role extends to network optimisation and includes improving BSS, CRM, and billing systems, working closely with business and technical teams.
The minimum requirements for the position are as follows:
- Postgraduate degree or certification in Data Analytics, BI, or Data Science
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Business/Data Analyst in telecom
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Familiarity with telecom systems including CRM, ERP, OSS, and BSS
- Understanding of telecom KPIs
- Strong analytical and communication skills
