Paratus Telecommunications currently has a vacancy for a Customer Care Agent based in Windhoek.
The successful candidate will interact with customers to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Be the first line support to troubleshoot issues related to Paratus products and services, be able to assist on account queries, top ups and balances.
The minimum requirements for the position are as follows:
- Friendly and helpful attitude.
- Able to understand technical problems and provide solutions.
- Utilize ticketing system and monitoring applications to resolve queries as quick as possible.
- Excellent & professional communication skills; strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Accuracy of information collected and documentation provided into support requests.
- Computer proficiency.
- Working under pressure in a high paced environment.
- Good problem solving skills; ability to visualize a problem or situation, and to offer a solution.
- Self-motivated and driven.
- Willing to work shifts.
- Grade 12 with A+ or N+
- Minimum of 2 years in a call centre position, related to the mobile and information communications fields.
- Excellent language proficiency, multi-lingual will be an advantage.
- Valid Driver’s license.
- Police Clearance.
