Paratus Telecommunications currently has a vacancy for one Network Administrator in Windhoek.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading designs, architecture, and endto-end implementation of customer network solutions, ensuring alignment with both business objectives and technical requirements. The position will be responsible to maintain and update customer support documentation, manage ticket queues and troubleshooting customer issues. Manage and govern IP address allocations to ensures efficient utilization, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and standards.
The minimum requirements for the position are as follows:
- Grade 12 with A+ or N+
- CCNA, CCNP and / or JNCIA certification
- Bachelor’s degree in IT / Networking / Communication
- Proficiency in English, spoken and written
- Minimum 2 – 3 year’s in customer support, NOC or ICT industry
- Valid drivers license
- Police Clearance
