Paratus Telecommunications currently has one vacancies for a Network Monitoring Agent based in Windhoek.
The successful candidate will be monitoring internal systems and networks, as well as customer links. Reporting any faults that pop up, report on network performances and keep documentation updated. This candidate will need to ensure that multiple monitoring tools are relevant and update.
The minimum requirements for the position are as follows:
- Friendly and helpful attitude.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good understanding of networking and systems.
- Grade 12 with A+ or N+
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Networking or Communications
- Valid driver’s license
- Police Clearance
