Paratus Namibia Partners with Ogilvy Namibia to Support Emerging Creative Talent

Paratus Namibia took part in an inspiring initiative led by Ogilvy Namibia in collaboration with the College of the Arts, where eight students were challenged with a real-world client brief for Paratus Namibia.

Over a period of 6 several weeks, the students researched the brand, developed strategic thinking, built creative concepts, and produced visual assets. Their process mirrored the standards followed in professional agency environments. On 10 June, they presented their final campaigns directly to the Paratus team in a formal client-style pitch session.

The quality of work demonstrated strong insight, creativity, and structured thinking. More importantly, it highlighted the value of exposing students to real industry challenges before entering the professional space.

This kind of collaboration plays an important role in strengthening Namibia’s creative industry. It helps bridge the gap between education and the workplace, while also encouraging both agencies and brands to continuously evolve and innovate.
