We understand how important it is to help companies today so that they can unlock their potential. Internet Technologies Angola S.A. originally started in 2005 under the ITA brand. In 2021, it launched its new brand Paratus as a registered brand of the company. We has always pushed the boundaries and developed top quality connectivity and network solutions, so that our customers are not limited in their reach, their impact and their future success. Our pioneering work and our innovation continue to be the main driving force in helping to transform Angola and Africa through exceptional digital infrastructure and customer service.

Francisco Pinto Leite
GENERAL MANAGER
With more than 30 years of professional experience, Francisco Pinto Leite has built a solid and successful career in the telecommunications sector through companies such as Sistec and MSTelcom. Currently, he serves as General Manager of the company.
Rolf Mendelsohn
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Rolf is a Namibian-born entrepreneur and committed to driving innovation across the African continent. He co-founded various companies across Africa which, today, form part of the Paratus Group. In Angola, Rolf has been acting as CEO of the company.
Ricardo Dias
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Ricardo Dias has more than 20 years of experience in Finance, performing roles in several different industries as consulting, manufacturing industry and telecommunications. He joined the company in 2020 and brought his vast experience and insight to his role.
Ana Santos
CHIEF LEGAL OFFICER
Ana has over 25 years of experience in the legal area. Her in-depth expertise in corporate legal affairs, combined with her business background, makes her highly qualified to deliver on her mandate to provide guidance on corporate governance of the company.
Social Investments
Because we are rooted in Africa, because we are driven to transform Africa through exceptional digital transformation, we give back. As a socially aware and responsible company, Paratus is committed to helping where it can and particularly with the aim of protecting and promoting the environment, people, and the country.
For example, we help to close the digital divide by connecting schools to the Internet and giving basic training to students so that they may also have access to more information. Also, through our annual charity golf tournament, we raise funds to match our own in helping connect Angolan students to the best available academic content in the world, so that they may not only improve their professional qualifications but also participate more effectively in the economy as a result.
Project of social intervention in schools
Combating the digital divide by connecting schools to the Internet and giving basic training to students so that they enjoy the whole potential of the information society are the main objectives of this project.
