Heinrich van Vuuren is the Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Paratus Group, providing strategic leadership at Board level with a focus on governance, capital strategy and growth.

A Namibian attorney and Chartered Accountant (Namibia and South Africa), he has experience in commercial law, corporate finance and investment structuring, with a track record in complex transactions across listed and unlisted entities.
