Join us for a dedicated Parent & Caretaker Safety Session focused on practical internet safety tools and insights to help protect children online.

In 2024, Paratus Botswana launched the Internet Safety initiative to promote safer online environments for children and families, recognising both the opportunities and risks of digital connectivity. According to UNICEF, 71% of young people worldwide are now online, spending an average of two hours daily during the week and four hours per day on weekends. This initiative aims to equip parents, guardians and children with the knowledge and tools to navigate the digital world safely.

As part of this ongoing CSI campaign, Paratus will be hosting an Internet Safety presentation led by a legal and digital safety expert to help parents and caregivers with practical guidance and insights to better support their children in the connected world.
