Key Responsibilities

• Satellite Hub Management: Oversee the operation and maintenance of our Satellite hub, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Technical Expertise: Utilize your expertise in Satellite technology and electrical engineering to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Network Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize network configurations and enhance overall efficiency.
• Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous testing procedures to maintain high-quality service standards for our clients.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records, diagrams, and documentation related to Satellite hub operations

Qualifications and Experience

• Electrical or mechanical engineering technician, technologist, or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years of facility management experience in operations environment preferable.
• Experience maintaining AC/DC power systems such as generators, UPS’s, Invertors, Batteries.
• Experience installing/maintaining satellite or microwave equipment is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
