DC NOC Operator

Paratus Telecommunications currently has a vacancy for a DC NOC Operator at our Brackwater Data Center.

The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively monitoring and maintaining the health and performance of the Data Centre’s network infrastructure.

The minimum requirements for the position are as follows:

• Gr 12 with A+ or N+;
• A tertiary qualification would be advantageous;
• CCNA certified;
• MCP (Microsoft) certified;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Willing to work shifts;
• Strong problem-solving skills; and
• Minimum of 1-2 years in helpdesk / NOC customer support position, related to ICT and Network fields.
• Valid Driver’s license and own transportation
• Multi-lingual would be an advantage
