Paratus Telecommunications currently has one vacancy as a Distribution Account Manager in our Windhoek Head office.

The position entails the following:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the distribution network for Paratus products.

The minimum requirements for the position are as follows:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field; preferred
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in sales, distribution, or channel management, preferably in the telecommunications or FMCG sector
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Proven track record in developing and managing distribution networks
• Experience in partner relationship management and negotiation
• Strong understanding of the prepaid telecom market and products
• Familiarity with online and digital distribution channels
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Multi-lingual would be an advantage (Oshiwambo, English, Afrikaans, German)
