Paratus Telecommunications currently has a vacancy for a HoD: Billing and Registrations based in Windhoek.

The Billing and Registrations Manager will be responsible for managing all activities relating to the billing function within Paratus. Oversee the development of policies and procedures that ensure effective billing and are in line with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with customers to reconcile billing queries.

The minimum requirements for the position are as follows:

• A Bachelor’s degree in BA / Accounting / Finance
• Degree in IT would be advantageous
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Regulatory and compliance knowledge
• Minimum 5 years proven working experience in a similar environment
• Knowledge of Accounting programs
• Knowledge of CPQ packages
• Knowledge of data analytical tools
• Valid Driver’s license
