Marketing Brand Coordinator

Paratus Telecommunications currently has a vacancy for a Marketing Brand Coordinator
based in Windhoek.

Roles and responsibilities include:

Event Coordination:

  • Event Planning and Management: Develop detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and logistics. Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
  • Logistics Coordination: Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including venue setup, equipment rental, catering, and on-site management.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure all events align with the company’s brand and marketing objectives, maintaining consistency in messaging and presentation.

Activation Duties:

  • Activation Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective on-ground activation strategies that align with the overall marketing plan.
  • On-Site Activation Management: Manage and execute on-site activation activities, ensuring they run smoothly and provide a positive and engaging experience for participants.
  • Ensure all activation efforts align with the broader marketing strategy and contribute to achieving business goals.

Supplier and Material Management:

  • Marketing Material Management: Ensure that marketing materials are adequately designed, in stock, and available to meet activation needs.
  • Budget Management: Work within budget constraints and control budgetary expenditures to ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  • Stock Monitoring: Regularly monitor stock levels of marketing materials, placing orders as needed to maintain sufficient inventory.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all marketing materials meet design standards and are appropriate for their intended use in activation activities.

Sponsorships:

  • Make sure all agreements are in place / renewal notifications yearly
  • All branding / advertising which is committed on sponsorships are visible and we get our milage in return.
  • Postings arrange on social media.

Products:

  • Co-ordinate training on new products.
  • Co-ordinate website changes on products.
  • Co-ordinate online sign-up changes on products.
  • Make sure our products are available on committed agreements.

The minimum requirements for the position are as follows:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software and tools.
  • Valid Drivers License.
