Product Development Specialist

Paratus Telecommunications currently has a vacancy for a Product Development Specialist in Windhoek.

Roles and responsibilities:

The Product Development Specialist will focus on developing and managing network products across PARATUS’s portfolio, including Prepaid, Postpaid, Fiber, LTE, and 5G offerings. This role requires a structured approach to product development, from identifying user needs and building business cases to developing and executing go-to-market strategies. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet market demands while maintaining regulatory compliance and driving business growth.

The minimum requirements for the position are as follows:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in product development, product management, or related roles.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred but not essential.
• Understanding of mobile technologies (4G, LTE, 5G) and fiber technologies.
• Experience with market research and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of business case development and financial modeling.
• Familiarity with go-to-market strategies and product launch processes.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
• Strong presentation and documentation skills.
• Drivers License
