Promotional Agent – Temporary Position

Paratus Telecommunications currently has four temporary vacancies as Promotional Agents in Windhoek.

The position will entail the following:

The role requires an energetic and outgoing individual who can confidently interact with customers, educate them about the Paratus products and assist in onboarding new customers.

The minimum requirements for the position are as follows:

• Matric certificate
• Experience in customer service, promotions, retail sales is advantageous.
• Outgoing personality with strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn systems and processes.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Multi-lingual would be an advantage (Oshiwambo, English, Afrikaans, German)
