Sky-Fi Installer

Paratus Telecommunications currently has a vacancy for one (1) Sky-Fi Installer based in Walvis Bay.

The successful candidate will have to do Paratus Sky-Fi installations as well as troubleshoot faults. Communicate with customers to arrange for installation times, be able to manage their own time to stay within set lead times for installations. As well as be willing to learn about all other Paratus products.

The minimum requirements for the position are as follows:

• Friendly and helpful attitude.
• Able to understand technical problems and provide solutions.
• Excellent & professional communication skills; strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
• Computer proficiency.
• Working under pressure in a high paced environment.
• Self-motivated and driven.
• Grade 12 with A+ or N+
• Minimum of 2 years in an installations position, related to the mobile and information communications fields.
• Valid Driver’s license.
